“Terry McDonald and Flat Fee Realty are the only way to go if you are going to sell your home. We had a “Traditional Full Service” broker for the first 6 months and were not satisfied. We then went with Terry and he did more in the first week than the “Traditional Full Service” broker did in 6 months. The commission schedule with Flat Fee Realty is a “Win-Win” situation for the seller. For a 1% fee, Terry will do all the work and he will do it professionally with enthusiasm. He will also help the buyers anyway he possibly can. In our case we had a buyer come directly to us without a buyer’s agent. I saved the buyer’s agent fee of 3%. What was the cost to me at closing? $1995. What would it have been with my previous “Traditional Full Service” broker? $19,200.
