Letters from a Satisfied Buyers
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your focused and committed client service. From the inception of our client-Realtor relationship, you took a proactive stance to understand our family requirements dedicating your time to find the exact real-estate solution that fit our overall family needs. We know the task has not been without its challenges as we had no other recourse but to move during hard economic times.
Our decision, unfortunately, placed us directly in the evolving denigration of a housing marketing that may be recognized as the worst in decades. Therefore, the slow housing market adversely affected the speed with which we could sell our home in Buffalo, NY. However, time passed and we were able to find qualified buyers allowing us to move forward with our purchase in North Carolina.
What we discovered working with you as our Realtor was an individual who practices outstanding client service and places the interests of their client above and beyond any proprietary interests. We have bought and sold many residences and have not found that attribute as a common denominator in the industry. In addition, you have unique blended experience factors, compounding your building experience and your many years as a Realtor which offers prospective buyers (and sellers) a value-add that the preponderance of Realtors just do not possess.
Overall, we are pleased we had the opportunity to become partners in our search to find a new home in Cary and wanted to offer this short note to recognize your distinctive qualities that assisted our search and ultimate selection of a new home.
Warmest Regards,
Robert Perkins, Ph.D.
